I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Greeley. I have stayed in the Northern part of the front
range, living in Fort Collings for 6 years and I have currently been living in Firestone for the past 7
years with my amazing family. I have been married for 7 years and have a 3 and a half year old boy
named Wyatt. We also have two old dogs, a heeler and great dane mix. I enjoy the outdoors with
hunting, hiking, bike riding and riding my custom 1974 motorcycle I rebuilt.
Career wise, I’ve worked in retail, banking, and most recently, construction. I’ve managed projects
ranging from decorative concrete on multi-million dollar pool decks for homes in Cherry Creek to a
17th story water feature in downtown Denver. Currently I am the Project Manager building a new
hotel in Longmont.
I am now entering into the real estate world, something that I have wanted to do for the past 5
years and finally pulled the trigger to get it done. This passion started after I had a poor experience
using a broker for the first time. As home buying is one of the largest purchases we make, I want to
make sure others have a better experience than I did, whether it’s their first home or fifth home.

I’ve been apart of the art world since 1982 and aesthetically all my life. Balance has always been something I see… everywhere I go. I have always enjoyed working with people looking to broaden their visual world and envious of how artists can interpret what they see. Adding real estate to my portfolio seems like a perfect way for me to meet and gain the confidence of people looking to purchase or sell a home and helping them to create their perfect space.

Josh grew up on the Gulf Coast of Florida and after spending a few years in the mountains of western North Carolina, he up and moved to the Boulder in the mid-90’s. His passion for mountain biking and backcountry skiing drove him up the hill to Nederland in 1999, and he’s stayed put ever since.
He spent several years in various sales in marketing positions in the bicycle industry followed by an extended stay in the world of consumer insights and strategy. Most recently, he has spent the past 8-years helping launch and manage Tin Shed Sports – an independent bike and ski shop in Nederland. This has allowed him the opportunity to engage a vast portion of the Nederland community. Josh is also one of the founders, and president of the Nederland Area Trails Organization (NATO) – a local non-profit that supports, sustains, and improves the trails around Nederland.
Josh spends as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors. Along with his wife, Alison, and their three Border Collies, at least a portion of everyday involves time spent in the woods around their house.
The OneNeighborhood Team is a brother-sister team. Erik and Laura grew up on Grissom Street where they knew every neighbor on their street. Whether it be celebrations, sharing meals, or evacuating from wildfires, the Neighbor- hood was always there for one another.
Erik went on to become a pilot, paramedic, firefighter, Realtor and a father. Erik's passion has always been people and adventure. Erik worked for the Seattle Fire Department and Windermere Real Estate simultaneously...and he loved it. Helping people buy and sell homes was a natural fit. And, his firefighting experience, which deepened his understanding of home construction, home safety, and how to work as a team to maximize results proved to be a huge asset.
Laura went on to become a river rafting guide, special education teacher, social service worker, and mother. Laura's passion has always been people and adventure too. She developed her abilities to navigate treacherous waters, while remaining calm, present, patient and compassionate.
In the early 2000's Erik and Laura teamed up to become a brother-sister salesforce with almost 200 real estate sales in Seattle in 8 years.
As they both started their own families and priorities changed, Erik and Laura chose to take a break from real estate in 2009. Then in 2016 they answered a strong call to move to Boulder with their families. Erik and Laura have quickly developed a deep and wide network within the Boulder Community.
Now, in 2019, they are once again joining forces to apply their inspiration, gifts, and skills to help people navigate the home buying and selling process with a new and unique approach.
OUR UNIQUE APPROACH
Having been in Emergency Services for 25 years, Erik noticed that many neighbors didn't really know each other and would only be drawn together to help one another in the face of crises. While supporting at Ground Zero in the after- math of the September 11th attacks, Erik began asking why do we wait for something tragic to connect or reconnect?
What could it look like to begin building deeper relationships without waiting for tragedy?
We believe united neighborhoods increase market value, enhance the buying and selling process, and result in people enjoying their homes and their lives more.
If this speaks to you, reach out and let's talk about how we use the home buying and selling process to add value and unite neighborhoods.
I had an amazing career for over 25 years traveling around the world as a flight attendant for a major carrier which also allowed me to move around the country before finally getting to settle in Colorado. It had been calling my name for a long time! My husband and I opened a small restaurant and wine bar here while also doing design work on the side. My son Noah is a sophomore in the Engineering program at CSU and my daughter Piper is a student at Manhattan Middle School of the Arts. My youngest is a 3 year old Golden Retriever, Jemma, and we all enjoy the outdoors and all it has to offer. I've always had my eye on this career and many friends and family members have encouraged me to go for it! I am very excited and honored to be a part of such a great team here at REMAX Alliance!
New York-born; Colorado-based. I began my real estate career at age 22...purchased my first home – a ny vintage bungalow (fixer-upper!) – with the help of a friend on a shoestring budget and a dream. Several rental properes and remodels followed, along with work for a custom home builder and a commercial developer (apartment-to-condo conversions) in Florida. I was first licensed in residential real estate in Florida in the mid-90s, where the market was (and sll is!) dominated by waterfront residences, golf course- and gated communities.
Along the way, I completed a college degree (rowed women’s varsity crew) and started graduate school, but was forever drawn back to the world of real estate. With a couple of brief ‘stops’ in New York and Arizona, I ultimately found my way to beautiful Colorado – the unique and wonderful place I consider my true home.
On a more personal note – I’m a passionate gardener! I love the great outdoors, my husband, my rescue dogs (always seniors!) and reading – these make my heart and soul happy.
I support local public libraries, the Longmont Humane Society, Meals on Wheels and Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
Thank you for the opportunity to engage with and be represented by the RE/MAX Alliance brand – this company’s mission of complete dedication to clients, respect for fellow agents/ affiliates and commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with my own. I look forward to working with you!
After 11 years of experience as Pat Kahler's assistant, it was the perfect time to take the next step in my real estate career. While working for Pat, I have been involved in many aspects of residential sales transactions and am very excited & grateful for this opportunity to continue learning under her mentorship.
With 19 years of previous experience at IBM in administration, communications & event planning, I have a variety of skills to offer my clients. Homes have been of great interest to me for many years and I love being a part of the Colorado real estate scene. I've lived in Longmont for most of my life and enjoy spending time with my husband Tommy and our sons Jameson & Keaton and Maggie our Cockapoo.
I'm well prepared to take this next step and welcome each and every opportunity to help others achieve their individual real estate dreams and goals. I hope we have the chance to work together soon!

My name is Stacy Hicks and I moved here in July from central Texas with my husband, James and our three kids; Drew, Silas and Lillian. I spent the last 15 years of my life in the non-profit sector doing Public Relations, Fundraising, and Events in Palm Beach, Florida. Throughout my career, I have helped to raise millions of dollars for after school/arts in education programs for underprivileged youth as well as food, shelter, and care for rescue animals. Community wise I sat on committees at Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Equality Florida, Resource Depot & Leadership Palm Beach County. I built some incredible relationships and rubbed elbows with some amazing people. In my personal life, I am an abstract, acrylic artist and try to spend 5-7 hours a week painting. My work has been shown in Galleries throughout South Florida, and hopefully in the next year or so here in the Boulder/Denver area. I love to hike, ski, play tennis and pretty much anything outdoors.
