Let's see if I can help you get to know me a little. While I have been full time in real estate since 2005 as a Realtor and investor buying, renovating and flipping my own residential projects, being a broker is a second career for me. I was originally in investment banking IT at UBS in Tokyo and Mountain View, CA software companies. I am a Buff, went to boarding school in New England and I am from Miami originally, but Boulder County, Denver and the surrounding area has been home since I first arrived. I have the expertise to handle luxury transactions, mountain properties, investment properties and new construction, and my highest value as an agent is helping you reach your specific real estate goals now while making sure you are also making a great choice for your future. A big part of that is learning what those goals are, so thanks for reading and let me know when you’d like to have a consultation.
I am a certified CNE negotiator and certified by ILHM for luxury home marketing, the only luxury certification that requires top 10% performance in your home market. You can expect me:
To Communicate – My top commitment as a Realtor is to listen closely to what my clients are telling me, my goal is to learn what they need now, and anticipate what they will need in the future before they do. I strive to keep my clients fully informed of the overall process, as well as each milestone as we arrive there. I am also committed to connect with my network, whether top brokers or local business people to create opportunities for my clients that are not publicly available. I will communicate with the Realtor on the other side as well as your financial adviser or mortgage broker, etc. and find the best and most responsive people in these fields. I leverage my experience and expertise as an experienced negotiator and marketer to ensure the best outcomes for my clients.
To Be Knowledgeable – One of the primary ways I assist people as a Realtor is to focus my curiosity and attention on the Boulder County and Foothills, Front Range and national markets every day. I receive the latest information from local experts and respected news sources and keep you up to date on relevant real estate selling, buying, or investing news. I regularly attend continuing education and preview properties in neighborhoods of interest before making price recommendations, so your decisions meet the market and align with your financial and personal goals. Whether representing a seller or a buyer, I also serve my clients through my personal history on my own real estate projects.
To Give Back – Nature made the Front Range one of the most beautiful places to live in the world. I benefit tremendously from hiking and biking in the environment around us here, and also recognize the fragility of the surrounding land we recreate in. I am on the board of Growing Gardens to support children in learning where their food comes from and developing leadership skills, and I volunteer with Intercambio on a weekly basis teaching English, a skill I acquired while living abroad after college.
