RE/MAX Alliance Broker/Owner Chad Ochsner Recognized As One of the Most Influential People in Residential Real Estate

Swanepool.com recently released its first issue of the Swanepool200 (SP200), a definitive list of the top 200 real estate movers and shakers across the United States and Canada. Chad Ochsner, RE/MAX Alliance broker/owner, was named 128th on the list.

The SP200 is the most comprehensive analysis ever published of the key decision makers, trailblazers, influencers, company chieftains, thought leaders, and innovators in the residential real estate industry. Swanepool.com defines the residential real estate sector as a $55 billion dollar industry. It only looks at companies and/or individuals who generate the largest percentage of their income from residential sales

“I was excited for myself and for the RE/MAX Alliance organization,” Ochsner said about being recognized. “We have a tremendous group of agents and support staff that has led to the on-going success of the company.”

RE/MAX Alliance is the number one RE/MAX franchise in the world for agent count and for sales volume in 2010, 2011, and 2012. “Hopefully, we’ll be number one again in 2013,” Ochsner said, “but we’ll have to wait until it’s announced at the 2014 RE/MAX Convention in March.”

When asked about real estate along the Front Range in 2014, Ochsner said: “2014 will be a healthy, strong market. We can expect to see a return to a more normalized buying and selling year, which our industry hasn’t seen in quite some time.”

Ochsner noted that RE/MAX Alliance will continue to focus on smart strategic growth, forming partnerships with mortgage and insurance entities, as well as providing the best facilities, tools, brokerages, and services to the company’s 800 plus Realtors.

The RE/MAX Alliance brand has consistently ranked in the upper 30 of Real Trends 500 top real estate organizations, and has become recognized for its many philanthropic works. Over the years, RE/MAX Alliance agents, staff and management have donated just shy of $1 million to the Children’s Miracle Network.

On a professional level, Ochsner has served on a variety of local and state real estate boards. He’s been the RE/MAX Mountain States Broker/Owner of the Year twice. He’s been a keynote speaker at a number of RE/MAX Alliance and RE/MAX International functions and events.
