About Alex

Originally from Milwaukee, I moved to Fort Collins in 2020 and quickly fell in love with the Colorado lifestyle. Not long after, my fiancé and I bought our first home in Loveland — and that’s where my passion for real estate truly began.

Since then, we’ve been renovating nearly half of our home ourselves, even building a new bathroom from the ground up. Being hands-on through the process gave me a deeper appreciation for homeownership, smart investing, and the potential every property holds. Our long-term plan is to continue buying, flipping, and renting homes — and I’m excited to help others discover those same opportunities.

Before becoming a licensed agent, I spent years working directly with local business owners across Northern Colorado, building strong relationships through a mix of customer support, sales, and communication. That experience taught me how to listen, advocate, and problem-solve — skills I bring to every client I work with. I’m especially passionate about helping first-time buyers understand the value of ownership and navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
