About Gale

I am a native Coloradoan and grew up in the Ft Collins/Windsor area and am a proud graduate of Windsor High School (Go Wizards!) and Regis University. Growing up in Northern Colorado gives me the opportunity to be very familiar with the Ft Collins, Loveland, Greeley and Windsor areas as well as the rest of Northern Colorado. I have earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations to assist buyers and sellers with bank-owned or distressed properties as well as over 30 years experience in contract negotiations. I also have completed the RE/MAX training on Commercial Real Estate and have the experience to assist clients in this arena as well. I currently am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors as well as the Greeley Board of Realtors and have been a member of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce for numerous years.

I have also been very involved in the Windsor community, having participated as youth coach for baseball, basketball and football for many years and have also served on the Town of Windsor’s Park and Recreation Board, Board of Adjustments and 35 years on the Windsor Planning Commission, of which I am the current Chairman.

During my time away from real estate and town board meetings, I enjoy playing golf, gardening, cooking and spending time with my family.

I strive to provide my clients with the versatility of working with one broker for either their commercial or residential real estate requirements and specialize in working with seniors and first-time home buyers. I prefer to work with each client directly, so I do not employ a team or a partner. As part of my business I will also make a donation to the Children’s Hospital network in each of my client’s names as part of the Miracle Foundation coordinated by RE/MAX.
