About Louise

Coming to Colorado gave me the opportunity to grow my love of the outdoors with the many different natural and historic places to visit. In 1997 I Graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Natural Resource Management and Interpretation. In doing so, it allows me to share what Colorado has to offer my clients when they ask "What is there to do here." My years of experience in sales lead me to add two loves to my real estate career. Today, as I counsel my clients through the decisions and the process of buying and selling it makes it easier to share my experiences, knowledge, and creative negotiating to guide them to where they want to be. We operate as a team so that together we can develop the right plan to help you move forward. Whether you are a first time homebuyer, rural, mountain, or luxury homebuyer or seller, anywhere in Northern Colorado, you are an important person that needs a professional, full time realtor in your corner to negotiate through the process. In 2012 we lost the beautiful home my husband and I built together. Undeterred, and because we love our community, we rebuilt on the same footprint. Today, we continue to enjoy the deer, hummingbirds and other neighborhood friends throughout the years. As a longtime volunteer of our local Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Dept, I continue to work to build a community where other families can grow and enjoy a rural style of living. My other volunteer organizations are Zonta, and the Veterans Plaza of Northern Colorado. I look forward to working with you to make your Rocky Mountain Dreams a reality.
