I’m a proud military veteran and Fort Collins native who has called Colorado home for more than 35 years, primarily in Fort Collins and Windsor. My deep roots in the area have given me extensive knowledge of Northern Colorado and the Front Range—from its diverse neighborhoods and communities to local schools, including the Poudre School District and districts throughout Weld County.

With a background in construction and framing, I bring a practical perspective to real estate that goes beyond simply buying and selling homes. I understand how properties are built, what to look for, and how to help clients evaluate opportunities from both a real estate and construction standpoint. Over the past three decades, I’ve also built strong relationships with trusted local tradespeople, businesses, legal professionals, and other resources that can be invaluable throughout a transaction and beyond.
