About Raymond

Ray and Carla have been working as a team since 1995. Ray has over 30 years experience as a Residenial Sales Associate and takes pride in his diverse experience and knowledge in the home construction industry which includes home renovation and restoration. Carla’s extensive knowledge of the Denver area real estate market not only includes 40 years as a Real Estate Broker Associate but also includes experience as a Licensed Residential Home Appraiser, Mortgage Loan Originatior, and Escrow Officer for a national Title Insurance company. Together Carla and Ray share in their commitment in helping our clients and friends “Build and Maintain Wealth in Real Estate.” As a Professional Residential Specialist, Ray draws upon his past experience as an independent home improvement contractor and Process Control Engineer at Molson Coors in Golden. His knowledge of residential, mountain, and raw land acquisition is well repsected in the industry by his peers, past clients and media. Ray maintains several community board memberships and studies Real Estate Economics.
